YouTube Shorts Editor

We're looking for a reliable short-form video editor who can also help manage and publish content for our YouTube Shorts channel.

This is an ongoing role (~20 hours/week) focused on repurposing content from an existing library and consistently scheduling daily uploads.

What you'll do

• Edit and repurpose short-form videos into fresh, platform-ready YouTube Shorts
• Create/replace voiceover when needed (using modern AI voice tools provided by us)
• Add/refresh captions so they match the audio and visuals cleanly
• Enhance videos with light sound design (music/SFX) to improve retention
• Add end screens / CTA segments using our provided templates
• Export final videos to a consistent standard
• Upload and schedule 3 Shorts per day, including titles/descriptions/tags and basic optimization

Requirements

• Strong experience editing short-form content (YouTube Shorts)
• Comfortable working with templates and high-volume workflows
• Familiar with captioning best practices and retention-focused pacing
• Organized, consistent, and able to hit a daily publishing cadence
• Proficiency with at least one editor: Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, Final Cut, etc.

Nice to have

• Experience managing YouTube channels (scheduling, metadata, basic SEO)
• Familiarity with AI voiceover workflows (or willingness to learn quickly)

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
