- Shift: US Hours Amenable to work Monday–Friday, 10PM - 6AM PH Time, Remote
- High speed and stable internet, and a back up connection
- Must have your own laptop or PC, headset, web cam
- Full Home based, Independent Contractor Contract
- Pay Range: PHP30,000 - 35,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Telecom Management Specialist to support the management of virtual phone numbers, carrier accounts, and client account configurations. This role is responsible for provisioning, updating, releasing, and tracking phone numbers across multiple service providers, as well as maintaining accurate client account records. The ideal candidate has strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarrier & Number Management
- Procure and provision new phone numbers from multiple telecommunications providers.
- Configure and update number routing as needed
- Release, recycle, and manage inventory of phone numbers
- Maintain accurate records of number assignments and inventory
- Register and document newly acquired numbers in required external compliance or registry platforms.
Telecom Account Administration
- Add, remove, and update phone numbers within client accounts across multiple server environments.
- Perform number swaps or reassignments with minimal disruption to client operations.
- Verify proper configuration and activation of numbers after updates.
- Maintain accurate internal documentation of all account changes.
Caller ID & Reputation Management
- Configure and manage outbound caller ID settings for clients
- Add, remove, or replace numbers associated with outbound campaigns
- Utilize spreadsheets or system tools to track and process updates efficiently.
- Ensure all changes are accurately reflected across relevant systems.
Data Accuracy & Compliance
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Perform regular audits and cross-checks to prevent discrepancies.
- Follow documented processes and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Identify and escalate inconsistencies or technical issues when necessary.
Qualifications and Key Competencies
- IT Graduate or IT Background (Entry Level)
- At least 2yrs experience in telecommunications, VoIP, or carrier operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and tools efficiently
- Experience with spreadsheets, automation tools, or APIs is a plus
- Experience managing data across multiple platforms or web-based portals.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with managing virtual phone numbers or carrier services.

Pay: Php33,000.00 - Php36,000.00 per month
