Warehouse Associate
We are seeking reliable and motivated warehouse associates to join our team in Hesperia, CA. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive and unload inbound shipments
- Organize and stock inventory accurately
- Perform quality checks on products and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
