Warehouse and Yard Attendant
We are looking for a reliable, self-directed Warehouse and Yard Attendant who takes ownership of their work and keeps operations organized and running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and supporting a production team through strong organization and preparation.
This position requires someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative without constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, materials, and logistics flow
- Prepare and stage materials to support production operations
- Load, unload, and move materials (must lift 50+ lbs regularly)
- Drive and safely back up trailers
- Operate equipment such as Kubota machinery (or willingness to learn)
- Perform basic mechanical upkeep such as greasing trailers and dump trucks
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized warehouse
- Anticipate operational needs and prepare ahead of time
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations, yard operations, or logistics
- Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Experience driving and backing trailers
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment maintenance
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay: $18–$21 per hour depending on experience.
