Voluntary Benefits Account Representative

<p>MetLife is currently seeking an experienced, motivated, Voluntary Benefits Account Representative to join our team. In this position, you’ll help our customers make educated decisions about their benefits options, while always delivering outstanding customer service. You should have a passion for helping others and a commitment to continuously learning and developing your skills.To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication and organization skills, and a good knowledge of voluntary benefits. Responsibilities of a Voluntary Benefits Account Representative: • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. • Develop a good knowledge of voluntary benefits and be able to provide customers with the education they need to make informed decisions. • Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry into the system. • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Build strong relationships with customers. • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. • Keep up with industry trends and best practices. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. • Follow department policies and procedures.</p><p>MetLife is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
