Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Travel & Visa Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in air ticketing, UAE Visit visa processing, world wide visa application, and organizing tours and travel related work

  • Handle domestic and international travel bookings (air, hotel, ground transportation, visas, insurance, etc.).
  • Manage UAE tourist visa applications and documentation.
  • Provide clients with the best fare options, itineraries, and travel-related advice.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and approval processes.
  • Manage changes, cancellations, and reissuances while minimizing costs.
  • Provide 24/7 support for urgent travel requirements (if applicable).
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and travel partners.
  • Selling Outbound Tours, USA, UK, Schengen Visas, etc.: 1 year (Required)
  • Drive sales and operations and achieve given targets consistently
  • follow up and closure of sales, overall coordination with clients, agents, corporates, suppliers etc.

Language:

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Dubai travel and tourism industry.
  • Solid knowledge of UAE travel regulations and visa processes.
  • Strong Sales and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.

Salary: 3000 to 4000 + Commission
