UKG Ready Consultant - Remote - Contract

Summary

Seeking an experienced UKG Ready Consultant to support the configuration, optimization, and integration of UKG Ready solutions. This role is client-facing and requires project management ownership, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver workforce management and HRIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UKG Ready configuration and plan build, including payroll, timekeeping, and benefits setup
  • Manage end-to-end UKG Ready implementations and enhancements with strong project management oversight
  • Act as a primary client-facing consultant, gathering requirements and translating business needs into system solutions
  • Configure and maintain file feeds and integrations (CSV, benefits, payroll-related feeds)
  • Coordinate with internal IT, HR, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow
  • Oversee UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support
  • Ensure compliance with payroll, benefits, and data security requirements
  • Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user support

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on UKG Ready consulting experience
  • Strong expertise in plan build, configuration, and HR/payroll processes
  • Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience managing projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Knowledge of file feeds, data integrations, and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments
  • Exposure to benefits compliance (ACA, COBRA)
  • Prior role as UKG Consultant, HRIS Analyst, or Payroll Systems Lead
