The Time and Labor Analyst will manage the application, compliance and posting/reconciliation of time and labor for designated divisions.
Time and labor management in finance involves tracking, analyzing, and optimizing employee work hours to control labor costs, ensure payroll accuracy, and maximize productivity.
This includes root cause analysis, problem resolution, customer service, written and oral communication, understanding of company policies and federal and state laws, training, system testing and time management.
This role will also calculate RRP (Regular Rate of Pay) each week and track for audit.
Assistance in reviewing test cases on T&L projects. Triage the timekeeping mailbox.
Needing a highly-independent person, who is a very savvy with Excel, analytical thinker, and detailed oriented.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of prior related experience. In lieu of degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
· Strong Excel Skills (Vlookup, xlookups, Pivot Tables etc.)
· Analytical thinker/problem solving skills
· Independent worker
· Professional communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in T&L compliance, finance, audit or payroll.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
· Computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
