We are hiring TikTok LIVE Hosts to stream, entertain, and engage audiences in real time. Income is earned through viewer gifting on TikTok LIVE, meaning your energy, consistency, and connection with your audience directly impact your earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Go LIVE on TikTok consistently (daily or scheduled weekly hours)
  • Engage viewers through conversation, trends, games, Q&A, or themed streams
  • Build relationships with viewers and grow a loyal community
  • Encourage interaction, follows, and gifting in a natural and fun way
  • Follow TikTok community guidelines
  • Participate in OGF agency support, coaching, and growth strategies
