Teller
Position Overview:
As a Teller at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers a unique customer experience focused on improving financial wellbeing and fostering customer loyalty.
- Processes a variety of customer interactions efficiently and accurately.
- Educates customers on available alternatives for their financial transactions.
- Identifies opportunities during customer interactions and refers them to appropriate branch staff.
- Engages customers through lobby activities and meaningful conversations.
- Positions PNC products and services to meet customer needs.
- Identifies sales opportunities and refers customers to the appropriate team members to expand relationships.
- Educates customers on digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service resources for managing financial transactions.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems effectively.
- Ensures teller and branch operations are completed accurately, adhering to PNC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- No prior experience required.
- Roles at this level typically do not require a university or college degree.
