Description

This role focuses on ensuring smooth platform operations by handling technical issues, documenting bugs, and creating structured support resources. The intern will deeply understand the platform, identify gaps, and build clear documentation to improve user experience. The goal is to reduce recurring technical problems, streamline support processes, and create a strong knowledge base for internal teams and schools.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to technical support queries
  • Identify, document, and track bugs with screenshots and clear reproduction steps
  • Maintain and update a structured bug tracking sheet
  • Test platform features regularly and report functionality issues
  • Create troubleshooting guides and help center documentation
  • Record how-to videos for common platform actions
  • Conduct online training sessions for teachers
  • Perform pre-release testing for new features
  • Document product improvement suggestions
  • Organize and maintain all technical documentation for future use
