Support Account Manager

Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship & Case Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships while overseeing support cases from initiation to resolution. Incident & Escalation Management: Manage critical incidents efficiently and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution. Proactive Support & Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and address potential issues before they impact customers, ensuring system reliability and service continuity. Support Plan Optimization: Maximize customer value through tailored support plans and continuous process improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and achieve shared business outcomes. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of technical support experience within the high-tech industry. 5+ years of client-facing experience in sales or services. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are advantageous. Strong understanding of Cybersecurity technologies and enterprise IT environments Proven ability to prioritize and deliver results in high-pressure environments. Skilled in stakeholder management and capable of building trust and influence across teams without direct authority. Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
