Summer MBA Growth Intern
Location: Miami (or Remote)
Duration: 12 weeks
Help reshape how MBAs finance their degrees
Juno brings students together so lenders compete to offer better loan terms. We’ve helped 240,000+ members access over $1.3B in negotiated loans, and the MBA category is now one of our fastest-growing segments.
We’re hiring a Summer MBA Growth Intern to help scale Juno’s MBA vertical — working across partnerships, student acquisition, and high-impact growth experiments. This is not a typical marketing internship. You’ll operate at the intersection of growth, partnerships, and strategy, working directly with leadership to build a key business line.
What You’ll Own
You’ll work like a growth operator, not just an intern.
MBA Growth Strategy
Help design and execute the playbook for acquiring MBA students through partnerships, campus channels, ambassador programs, and digital funnels.Partnerships & Community Channels
Support and expand relationships with MBA student organizations, admissions communities, and career-focused groups.Conversion Optimization
Improve landing pages, email flows, and referral systems to increase sign-ups and loan conversions.Experimentation
Run structured growth experiments (messaging tests, channel tests, A/B tests) and report insights directly to leadership.-
MBA Insights & Positioning
Talk to students, analyze behavior, and help shape how Juno positions itself to future MBA cohorts.
By the End of the Summer, You’ll Have
Led multiple growth initiatives with measurable impact
Worked directly with founders on MBA go-to-market strategy
Gained exposure to fintech, consumer lending, and partnership growth
Built a portfolio of real projects (funnels, campaigns, partnerships)
-
Seen how a high-growth startup builds and scales a new vertical
You’re a Great Fit If You
Are currently enrolled in an MBA program
Are curious about startups, fintech, or growth roles post-MBA
Like turning ideas into experiments, and experiments into systems
Are comfortable with data, ambiguity, and fast feedback loops
Want real ownership, not just a brand name on your resume
-
Care about helping students make smarter financial decisions
Why This Role Is Different
You’ll work directly with founders and leadership
Your work impacts real students’ financial outcomes
The MBA category is a core company focus — not a side project
-
You’ll see how consumer fintech growth and partnerships really work
What’s in It for You
Compensation: $25,000 to $30,000 for the full 12 week term
Direct exposure to startup strategy and decision-making
A fun, fast-paced, mission-driven team
Strong mentorship and feedback loops
-
Potential pathway to future roles at Juno (not guaranteed, but strong performance gets noticed)
If this sounds like you…
If you want to help build the growth engine behind how MBAs finance school, and get real operator experience, we’d love to meet you.
