Risas Dental and Braces is seeking a Bilingual Sterilization Technician (Spanish/English) to support our clinical team. This role is essential in maintaining instrument sterilization, treatment room cleanliness, and compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards. You will work hands-on alongside Dental Assistants and Doctors to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities- Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Assemble instrument sets according to established protocols
- Prepare and package instruments for steam or gas sterilization
- Maintain sterile supply inventory using aseptic technique
- Clean and sanitize treatment rooms after each use
- Monitor equipment function and report maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company standards
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Dental experience preferred but not required
