Specialist, Supplier Relations and Programs

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our suppliers and developing programs to enhance our data offerings. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality data. Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in data offerings and develop programs to enhance them. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying any issues or concerns and addressing them in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our data offerings remain innovative and competitive. Conduct regular meetings and communication with suppliers to discuss performance, updates, and new opportunities. Create and manage supplier performance metrics to track and report on key performance indicators. Work with cross-functional teams to implement new data programs and ensure successful integration. Research and identify potential new suppliers to expand our data offerings. Prepare and present supplier performance reports to senior management. Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, agreements, and communications. Continuously seek opportunities to improve supplier relations and streamline processes. Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to ensure mutual understanding and successful collaboration. Handle any issues or concerns raised by clients regarding data provided by suppliers.
