Job Accountabilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings and travel-related concerns through email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on flights, reservations and travel policies.
  • Utilize airline systems and tools to manage tickets, cancellations, or modifications.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist international customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability in all interactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Background in the airline or travel industry (required).
  • Excellent technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • High work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work remotely and on night shift schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
