Site Manager ( Immediate )

Criterion Capital is seeking a Construction Site Manager to help manage and monitor a commercial to hotel fit out based in Central London. The role will include dealing with the day to day on-site management running all aspects of the job. The role will include dealing with the day to day on-site management and coordination of site management, labour and sub-contractors, ensuring that projects are delivered to the required quality, budget and timescales. Responsible for day to day management of construction projects including taking corrective action where necessary, and progressing them through to completion. To liaise with contractors, architects, quantity surveyors and others to deliver the construction phase of a range of projects. To provide regular information and reports on progress and achievement of key milestones and project objectives. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, organisational policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, equality and diversity and quality Expertise in the construction process across a range of building and use types ~2 years experience of effectively managing construction schemes and people, ~ Excellent understanding of construction technology including design and construction defects and how to avoid them. Strong people management skills Ability to work with and get results from third party suppliers, contractors and consultants Ability to produce and implement construction programmes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget
