Your responsibilities include: </p><ul><li>Serves as the lead expert and holds ultimate authority for all systems administration activities across the entire C2ISR Data Transport Infrastructure technological platforms at a critical site to include:  </li><li>Support of GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE Primary transport and dissemination systems including DDS, B1DDS, B2TR, B3IGS  </li><li>Support of Cloud infrastructure including GC2, mC2, Joint Cloud with DAF CLOUDworks  </li><li>Support of Operations and Management systems including ServiceNow, CDS, CAAP  </li><li>Support of Network Infrastructure including RGEPs, IGEPs, MGEP, ground terminals and gateways  </li><li>Support of Multiple network domains (e.g., Commercial, NIPR (CUI), SIPR, JWICS) </li><li>Is COOP trained and leads and commands a large or highly skilled team of systems administrators, setting all performance goals, providing technical and professional development, and enforcing adherence to enterprise and site-specific standards. </li><li>Is solely responsible for the architectural implementation and operational oversight of integrated strategies for complex network configuration management, advanced performance monitoring, and strategic technological resource optimization across the site's platforms. </li><li>Directs the deployment and comprehensive management of user access management frameworks, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC) across all systems at the site. </li><li>Manages and approves all Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) and leads all advanced troubleshooting efforts, implementing problem management processes and directing root cause analysis for major incidents at the site. </li><li>Provides expert guidance and makes final decisions on optimizing system configurations, hardening operating systems and applications, and improving overall operational efficiency of the site's C2ISR infrastructure. </li><li>Functions as the primary technical authority for systems administration at the site, anticipating and mitigating strategic risks, and ensuring robust, adaptable, and high-performance system solutions for C2ISR operational readiness. </li><li>Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Task Order portal; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps. </li><li>Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: Site management dashboards (Primavera P6, MS Project) for installation oversight; resource allocation trackers for personnel and equipment readiness; SATCOM gateway integration modules (RGEP/IGEP deployment tools, L3 Harris SRVT converters); COOP readiness trackers for site relocation and continuity; stakeholder communication dashboards for site status visibility; SOP/QRC libraries for standardized site operations; lessons learned repositories for installation and sustainment practices; compliance audit checklists for DoD site standards; configuration management databases (CMDB) for site assets and documentation; predictive analytics engines for site performance and risk forecasting; variance and utilization analysis tools for site operations; automated testing suites for site readiness validation. </li></ul>
