In this context, we are looking for a motivated and self-driving Consultant with experience in the design and delivery of strategic and operational transformation programs for port authorities, shipping operators, and logistics organizations across Europe. As a Shipping & Ports Consultant, you will be shaping digital strategies, optimizing port and supply chain processes, managing regulatory change, and advising on cross-border policy implementation. Ideal for experienced consultants with deep maritime/logistics expertise and proven delivery capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead Port and shipping process optimization (crew management, logistics flow, dock operations).
Conduct supply chain diagnostics, benchmarking, and operating model redesign.
Drive digital transformation in shipping and logistics (AI, analytics, automation).
Engage with port authorities, EU maritime bodies, and logistics stakeholders to co-create solutions.
Translate policy and functional research into actionable recommendations and transformation roadmaps
Preferred Experience:
PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, ScrumMaster, or Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci)
Background in shipping, ports, or global logistics operations.
Understanding of supply chain resilience, trade facilitation, and cross-border logistics.
Knowledge of EU maritime regulations, supply chain compliance, and industry standards (IMO, EU transport directives)
