Lubbock Truck Sales is the locally owned and operated Freightliner and Western Star dealer for the greater Lubbock area and we are searching for experienced Service Writers / Advisors.
Job Summary
You will be expected to greet customers, create repair orders, communicate with technicians, communicate repairs to customers, create estimates to submit to customers, and close and collect payment for repair orders. You will accomplish this through the use of our inhouse software and direct contact with the customers. You will also be expected to report to your manager any issues that arise in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Applicant should be a dependable, responsible team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- 1 year of service writer experience preferred.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- A current and valid driver’s license will also be required, a CDL class A or B is a plus.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
