Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success Business Operations, you will design, implement, and manage data‑driven programs that unlock insights, optimize processes, and fuel growth across the organization. Key Responsibilities – Driving Insight, Efficiency, and Impact Data Program Architecture: Define program structures, governance models, and operational cadences for all Customer Success & Support (CS&S) data initiatives, ensuring scalability and repeatability. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary conduit between CS&S, IT‑Systems, Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Operations, Financial Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams to align data solutions with business objectives. Data Collection & Integration: Gather, cleanse, and integrate data from disparate sources—including Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, and internal SaaS tools—to create a unified analytical foundation. Self‑Service Enablement: Build and maintain self‑service dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, Domo, or similar) that empower CS&S business analysts and stakeholders to explore metrics independently. Program Management: Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of all CS&S data analysis projects—from requirement gathering and roadmap planning to execution, monitoring, and post‑implementation review. Strategic Insight Generation: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across customer success metrics, support tickets, revenue operations, and financial forecasts; translate findings into actionable recommendations. Annual Planning & Forecasting Support: Partner with finance and GTM leaders to provide data‑backed inputs for budgeting, capacity planning, and revenue forecasting cycles. Minimum 7 years of experience in business operations within a SaaS environment, with a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
