Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and handle document proofreading to ensure accuracy
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record keeping
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining office cleanliness
  • Support administrative functions including typing correspondence, managing appointments, and handling mail

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Experience with office management systems like QuickBooks is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is desirable
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing data entry tasks
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
