SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Service Center Consultant

Nicholas Bernard are urgently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Service Center Consultant with strong multi-project implementation experience.

The ideal candidate will have a holistic understanding of the SuccessFactors suite, particularly Employee Central and Service Center, along with exposure to SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer).

This role requires hands-on configuration expertise, strong stakeholder engagement capability, and excellent English communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

  • Strong experience in SuccessFactors Service Center

  • Holistic understanding of the SuccessFactors suite

  • Exposure to or experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer)

  • Experience delivering across multiple projects/environments

  • Strong configuration and implementation background

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
