Sales/Deli Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking friendly, dependable Cashier/Deli Associates to join our team. In this role, you will provide fast, courteous service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized store and deli environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a positive, professional attitude
• Process customer transactions accurately using a computerized POS system
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other deli items
• Slice meats and cheeses safely and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food, beverage, deli, and merchandise areas
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed
• Follow all company procedures, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Perform cleaning and restocking duties throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable with professional appearance and good work ethic
• Basic cash handling experience preferred (training provided)
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 35–50 pounds
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Compensation

• Starting wage of $16.00 per hour
• Paid training

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
