Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and assess their overall health status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Ensure the smooth operation of the medical office by coordinating appointments, managing patient flow, and overseeing inventory and supplies. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Stay current with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve patient care. Serve as a patient advocate and address any concerns or questions they may have. Communicate effectively with physicians, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care. Demonstrate strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities to assess and address complex patient needs. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
