With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Rider Engagement Intern, you will provide valuable support to the Logistics team, particularly within the Last Mile team.</p><ul><li>Scout and establish partnerships for rider welfare programs to enhance driver support and benefits</li><li>Organize recognition events for top-performing riders to boost morale and engagement</li><li>Create compelling content that highlights key initiatives, success stories, and engaged riders to drive community participation</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p><ul><li>GCC Nationals or UAE residency holders with a minimum of 3-6 months validity from the start date of the internship (only student residency, family sponsorship or golden visa holders are eligible, work/company sponsorship will not be considered) - <u>this is a must</u></li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in social media or marketing</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication in English</li><li>Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who will excel?</strong></p><ul><li>We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.</li><li>You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.</li><li>We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.</li><li>noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.</li></ul>
