What You'll Do
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by greeting them, serving food, and managing transactions at the register
- Maintain a spotless and inviting store environment
- Follow all operational standards and safety procedures to provide fresh, high-quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, helping out at the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen as needed
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals while keeping the workplace positive and fun

Qualifications
- Friendly and supportive attitude
- Operations experience is helpful but not required
- 16 years old or above
- Some high school education
- Food Handler certification may be required by local regulations and is obtained at your expense if needed
Physical and Work Environment Expectations
You’ll be on your feet for extended periods in a busy kitchen setting, working in warm conditions and limited space. Duties include preparing both hot and cold foods, using kitchen tools, and moving quickly with attention to detail. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and serve guests across countertops up to 36 inches wide. The restaurant environment can be lively and noisy, so adaptability, effective communication, and the ability to handle changing priorities are essential.
