RERA certified Real Estate Consultant/Broker

We are looking for an experienced RERA certified Real Estate Agent , with valid UAE work visa to join our team. If you have at least 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years' experience in Dubai real estate
• Proven track record in sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Fluent in English and Hindi or any of the Indian languages.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the buying processes.
• Provide market insights and advise clients on property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and assist clients with property selections.
• Negotiate property deals and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
• Handle paperwork, including contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws.
