[Remote] UBIF District Manager - DE or PA

They are seeking a District Manager responsible for overseeing operations of retail stores to ensure maximum sales and profitability while driving customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, operational, and customer service metrics by motivating store leaders, holding them accountable for the performance and behaviors of their teams, and modeling how to provide targeted feedback
- Work with store leaders to ensure mastery of sales behaviors and resources, customer service capabilities, and deep Connected Home product knowledge, and ensure that the Serve, Solve (Resolve), and Sell method is a part of every customer interaction
- Use data to identify trends and develop action plans for the team to drive sales and operational performance consistent with Asurion’s Core Values
- Monitor sales activities and feedback surveys to ensure customers receive satisfactory service, quality goods, and provide coaching to store leaders as needed
- Always maintain strategic recruitment practices to ensure adequate staffing levels in retail stores
- Conduct ongoing coaching sessions with employees to ensure culture, processes, and activities are aligned with Asurion’s values
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leaders to provide updates around overall performance in your district
- Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent in experience with: Sales
- Retail
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Presentation/coaching skills
- Strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, act with a sense of urgency, and interface with all levels of the organization
- Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team
- 2+ years of Leadership experience
- Prior experience or involvement in sales training, leadership development, customer/client service
