[Remote] Senior or Lead Customer Strategist

As a Senior or Lead Customer Strategist within the Commercial Lines Acquisition & Small Business Insurance team, you will lead the support and enhancement of multi-product quoting capabilities and drive agent engagement within quoting processes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the support and enhancement of multi-product quoting capabilities
  • Drive agent engagement within quoting processes
  • Create a streamlined experience for agents
  • Deliver a seamless end-to-end multi-product journey
  • Shape strategies to prioritize multi-product capabilities
  • Identify experience gaps and translate insights into actionable enhancements
  • Implement the roadmap to expand multi-product quoting into new opportunities and emerging technologies

Skills

  • A minimum of eight years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences)
  • Experience partnering with information technology (IT) teams, including experience with Agile development methodologies (like Scrum)
  • Experience supporting quoting and/or servicing applications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced complex space balancing multiple projects/process
