[Remote] SaaS Sales Executive - Quest Security Management Platform

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Quest Software builds the foundation for enterprise AI with solutions in data governance, cybersecurity, and platform modernization. They are seeking a high-impact SaaS Sales Executive to drive new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and expand their established customer base across Germany.


Responsibilities

  • Drive new subscription revenue (ARR) across the German region through Quest’s Microsoft Security and SaaS‑based platform solutions
  • Expand recurring revenue within existing customers through upsell, cross‑sell, and increased product adoption
  • Own the full SaaS sales cycle: digital prospecting, qualification, discovery, business-case development, and subscription negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to ARR targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Leverage product telemetry, customer insights, and adoption data to prioritize expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Customer Success to support renewals, maximize retention, and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Lead strategic account planning and execution for a defined set of enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with channel partners to accelerate reach and drive subscription growth

Skills

  • Proven experience selling SaaS or subscription-based cybersecurity or Microsoft/Active Directory-related solutions
  • Strong track record driving new ARR, managing renewals, and expanding enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated success applying Value Selling or comparable value-based sales frameworks
  • Experience in digital-first pipeline generation and modern SaaS selling practices
  • Consistently achieved or exceeded SaaS sales quotas
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English
  • Strong senior executive level communication and presentation skills
  • A disciplined, motivated self-starter with a strong hunter mentality, who enjoys working in the field to build and maintain personal customer and partner relationships
  • Experience with Value Selling methodology, value-based discovery, and ROI justification
  • Familiarity with Microsoft platforms, identity security, and data governance workloads
  • Ability to present SaaS value propositions to senior business and technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields
