Remote - Personal (Executive) Assistant to CEO (Part-Time)
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our client’s day-to-day needs while coordinating closely with internal teams and key partners. This role involves managing schedules, handling communication, assisting with recruiting efforts, preparing presentations, and supporting both business and nonprofit-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination.
- Handle emails, communication, and follow-ups on behalf of the client.
- Prepare and edit documents, PowerPoint presentations, and reports.
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating candidates for Business Development and Owner Liaison roles.
- Support ongoing business projects, nonprofit initiatives, and internal team coordination.
- Conduct research, track tasks, and organize digital files and documentation.
- Assist with personal scheduling and general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant or any related roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Schedule
- Part-Time | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST
- Approx. 20 hours per week - Mon -Friday (4 hours per day)
- Possible transition to full-time based on performance and workload.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
