About Us<p>CompFlow is an early-stage US-based insurance technology startup focused on improving Workers’ Compensation submission workflows between brokers and insurance carriers.</p><p>We are building software that helps insurance professionals send cleaner submissions, reduce back-and-forth, and speed up underwriting decisions.</p><p>We are lean, fast-moving, and execution-focused.</p>The Role<p>We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Remote Operations & Research Assistant to support outbound sales, prospect research, and workflow documentation.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, CRM management, data research, and building clean systems.</p><p>You will work directly with the founder.</p>Responsibilities<p>• Research insurance brokerages and carriers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo</p><p> • Identify and extract accurate contact details (name, title, email, phone)</p><p> • Build and maintain structured prospect spreadsheets</p><p> • Organize CRM records and track outreach activity</p><p> • Assist with LinkedIn campaign setup and list building</p><p> • Help prepare outbound materials (documents, one-pagers, demo screenshots)</p><p> • Coordinate follow-ups and light inbox management</p><p> • Document processes and improve internal workflows</p>Required Skills<p>• Strong English written communication</p><p> • High attention to detail</p><p> • Experience using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and basic CRM systems</p><p> • Comfortable learning tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, and email platforms</p><p> • Ability to follow structured instructions</p><p> • Reliable internet and professional work setup</p>Preferred (But Not Required)<p>• Experience supporting a startup founder</p><p> • Background in B2B lead generation</p><p> • Experience in insurance, fintech, or SaaS</p><p> • Familiarity with outbound sales workflows</p>What We Care About<p>• Accuracy over speed</p><p> • Organization</p><p> • Proactivity</p><p> • Professionalism</p><p> • Ability to think critically and flag inconsistencies</p>Compensation<p>Competitive compensation based on experience. </p><p>All national holidays off</p><p>Flexible hours</p>
