[Remote] Operations Associate, Payor Launch

They are seeking a motivated Operations Associate, Payor Launch to support the Insurance Operations team in launching new payors and improving workflows to ensure providers are reimbursed for care delivered.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve key workflows that increase the velocity of payor launches
  • Dive into data to help us make smart decisions
  • Track and monitor the health of our payor launches
  • Collaborate across teams like Credentialing, Billing, Growth, Customer Support, and Technology to make sure our systems stay efficient, scalable, and patient-centered as we grow

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare operations
  • Experience using tools like Excel, dashboards, or other analytics platforms to spot patterns, analyze trends, and help improve workflows
  • At least a year of experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects
  • Confident using Excel or Google Sheets—writing formulas, building pivot tables, and pulling insights from data
  • Experience with SQL or automation tools like HubSpot
