[Remote] Medical Assistant Research & Content Internship

The role involves strategic research, content creation, and multimedia storytelling to influence the career paths of aspiring healthcare professionals.


Responsibilities

  • Investigating certification pathways, state-by-state regulations, and the evolving challenges of the medical assistant profession
  • Drafting authoritative articles, 'Day in the Life' guides, and career roadmaps for aspiring allied health workers
  • Scripting and recording short-form video content that highlights the daily realities, skills, and rewards of working in a clinical setting
  • Identifying 'pain points' for students and developing checklists or study guides to help them succeed

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a mandatory background check
  • Currently a pre-med student or aspiring toward a career as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), CNA, Nurse, or Technician
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex medical or regulatory information into engaging, fluent English for a wide audience
  • Digital native, comfortable recording video content and using digital research tools
  • Detail-oriented with a 'clinical' eye for detail to ensure all research is accurate and up-to-date
