[Remote] Customer Service Representative-Must Reside in Oklahoma

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
  • Engage, consult and educate members based upon the member's unique needs, preferences and understanding
  • Use tools and resources available to help guide the members along a clear path to care

Skills

  • 1 year of Customer service experience in a call center setting
  • Must reside in Oklahoma
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years of Healthcare or Medicaid experience
  • Trauma informed care training
  • Exposure to Care Management
  • Experience in a production environment
  • Familiarity with de-escalations
  • Telework experience
