- Provide written feedback on accuracy, clarity, and alignment with real-world support practices
- Ensure scenarios reflect standards used in professional, scientific, and technical service environments
- Work independently while meeting quality benchmarks and delivery timelines
Skills
- Strong years of full-time experience as a Computer User Support Specialist
- Professional experience within the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector
- Strong understanding of end-user support, troubleshooting, and IT service workflows
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
- Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week for the project duration
