[Remote] Analyst, Compensation - Field Incentives

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution, and they are seeking an Analyst for Compensation - Field Incentives. This role is responsible for supporting the administration and operational execution of field incentive and compensation programs, ensuring accurate processing and effective communication between various teams.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day administration of field incentive and commission programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Serve as primary support contact for field employees and leaders regarding incentive plans, earnings statements, and compensation inquiries
  • Partner with Compensation, Payroll, HR, and Operations to research and resolve pay discrepancies and system issues
  • Maintain incentive tracking tools, databases, and reporting dashboards to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Assist in testing, implementation, and updates of incentive plans and compensation system enhancements
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on incentive performance, payouts, and trends for leadership review
  • Support documentation, training materials, and communications related to field incentive programs to ensure clarity and consistency

Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in compensation, payroll, HR operations, or incentive administration support
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is required
  • Ability to interpret compensation plans and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday is highly desirable
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
