Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Part-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time RN Supervisor for 2nd and Night shifts to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care.<br><br><ul><li>Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular nursing rounds and promote resident rights and safety.</li><li>Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on planning and policy formation.</li><li>Ensure residents are protected from abuse, neglect, and mistreatment.<br><br></li></ul>Requirements include an active RN license, a degree from an accredited program, and at least three years of long-term care experience.
