The Oaks at Timberline is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time NOC Shift Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, passing appropriate medications and delivering direct nursing care to our residents. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving resident outcomes and ensuring their comfort during treatment.
Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in resident's conditions.
- Provide catheter care, IV insertion, and manage acute pain management protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Educate residents and families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and care provided.
Skills
- Experience with catheter care and IV insertion techniques.
