Your role is to win new recruitment clients from scratch and sell my recruitment campaign management service directly to SMEs.You will work independently alongside the business owner (who delivers all recruitment campaigns). This is a standalone role with no wider team.What You’ll Be DoingIdentifying and targeting SME clientsProspecting, pitching, and securing new recruitment businessSelling a freelance recruitment campaign management serviceChoosing and focusing on industries/sectors where you believe you’ll have the highest chance of successEngaging directly with business owners, MDs, and hiring managersHanding secured clients to the owner for deliveryAccount management only begins after a new client is secured.Performance Expectations (Please Read Carefully)After an initial ramp-up period, this role is expected to deliver:3–4 recruitment campaigns per monthBased on 20 hours per weekHours and earning potential will increase based on performanceThis is a results-focused role designed to grow over time for the right per
