As part of a robust Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key role in educating internal clients on market trends, providing guidance on compensation and hiring decisions, and creating tactical plans to execute critically important hiring strategies. You’ll develop activities for the recruitment of external applicants for the company. You’ll develop and maintain contacts with various employment sources to meet the organization's staffing requirements for professional level employees. You’ll coordinate and develop the organization's staff planning activities and interview managers to determine hiring needs. You’ll provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed. You Have: 2+ years of experience with recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates Experience with applicant tracking systems Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws and OFCCP and EEO compliance Ability to work in a client or customer service role Ability to provide consistent and high-quality service across multiple business units Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience recruiting cleared candidates Experience working in a DoD environment Ability to produce results in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment Ability to exercise independent judgment to decide on the appropriate priorities and procedures to follow Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems of a sensitive nature Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
