Receptionist Administrator

Rate: £12.82 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are recruiting a Receptionist / Front of House Administrator to support a busy corporate site in central Manchester.

This is a public-facing role requiring a professional and friendly individual who can provide a welcoming and organised front-of-house service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors and managing reception

  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries

  • Managing visitor logs and access processes

  • Providing administrative support to the site team

  • Maintaining a professional reception environment

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional and friendly manner

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Previous reception or administrative experience preferred

Shift Pattern

• Monday – Friday
• 8:30am – 5:00pm

Additional Information
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity after 2 months

  • BPSS clearance required prior to start
