The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills What You will Do:<ul><li>Primary: In this technical role, create/modify/maintain our A&D (Aero Engine) customer’s Quality Policy, Procedures, Standards, Work Instructions, Forms, and Checklists within their current QMS (Quality Management System).</li><li>Secondary: Conduct/Oversee Quality Process Audits and resulting Corrective Actions related to your Primary role.</li><li>Secondary: Conduct/Oversee training/retraining related to your Primary role.</li><li>Provide technical oversight (mentoring) and technical review of the work performed by other team members, or likewise, toward the purposes (reasons) of this role.</li><li>Support our business growth initiatives through daily work / interactions</li></ul> What You Will Bring:<ul><li>BS-Technical Degree</li><li>15+ years Quality Engineering experience comprised of: Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Non- Conforming Material Process, Auditing (Certified), Technical Procedural writing, and Training in the Aerospace/Defense (A&D) industry</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Experience with Aero-Engine OEMs (highly noteworthy)</li><li>Other Quality Engineering experience (noteworthy)</li><li>Product Life Cycle experience (noteworthy)</li><li>Other Technical Certifications (noteworthy)</li><li>Technical Writing experience associated with the Developing, Authoring, Maintaining, Auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS) to AS / ISO requirements.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of A&D industry’s regulatory Quality Controls and Procedures regarding the qualification and assurance of conforming material (hardware) as well as the control and evaluation of non-conforming material.</li><li>Aptitude with both OEM production as well as Aftermarket MRO.</li><li>Ability to read and converse accurately about engineering and manufacturing drawings, use of GD& T, other quality requirements, process specifications, and performance requirements of technical engineered products.</li><li>Conversing clearly with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain disciplines including their interdependencies / hand-offs.</li><li>Working with customers, including government/military representatives.</li><li>Collating and presenting technical data/information.</li><li>Product Lifecycle MRP systems.</li><li>Process Auditing and CARR Management.</li></ul> Pay Range: $80,000-$125,000 yearly– Flexible Full-Time role. Equivalent hourly Part Time role possible.Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and other incentives. Work Requirements:This position is classified as Remote within the United States.Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, up to 20% travel is required.Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.
