Quality Control Specialist

Data Collection & Validation

Extract operational data from JMS and scanning systems.
Validate shipment tracking data accuracy and completeness.
Monitor scan compliance across first mile, middle mile, and last mile operations.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.

KPI Monitoring & Reporting

Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators such as:
On-time pickup and delivery
Shipment damage and loss rates
Regional processing accuracy
SLA compliance
Develop automated dashboards and reports (Excel, Power etc.).
Provide performance summaries to management and operations teams.

Root Cause & Performance Analysis

Conduct root cause analysis on service failures, delays, and exceptions.
Analyze operational trends and identify recurring quality issues.
Support corrective and preventive action tracking.

Continuous Improvement Support

Identify process inefficiencies using data insights.
Recommend data-driven solutions to improve delivery performance.

Compliance & Audit Support

Prepare data reports for internal and external quality audits.
Monitor adherence to SOPs and operational standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, IT, Customer Service, and Linehaul teams.
Provide analytical support for network optimization and route efficiency projects.
Assist management in strategic planning using performance data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
