As a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Public Relations Officer (PRO).

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage company documentation, licensing, and coordination with government and external agencies. The ideal candidate will ensure timely renewal of licenses, support visa and immigration processes, and represent the company in official transactions.

The role also requires knowledge of customs procedures and JAFZA regulations, ensuring full compliance with Free Zone and logistics requirements while handling administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage periodic renewal of company licenses and permits
• Prepare, submit, and maintain records for visa and immigration applications
• Represent the company at government and external locations, including Post Offices, Airports, Hotels, Embassies, and other relevant departments
• Coordinate and arrange medical tests for employees as required
• Handle fine resolutions and follow up with concerned authorities
• Assist with shipment procedures, customs documentation, and logistics coordination
• Demonstrate working knowledge of JAFZA rules, Free Zone regulations, and related operational requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
• Working knowledge of JAFZA regulations, Free Zone procedures, and compliance requirements
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Immediate joiner - preferred
