Program Coordinator - 1 year contract

<strong>About the Role:</strong> <p>As a CBRE Program Coordinator, you will provide basic administrative support to the team. This includes project documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, invoice & pay application processing, and financial reconciliations.</p> <p>This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.</p> <strong>What You’ll Do:</strong> <ul> <li>Process documentation for project commitments. Obtain external quotes for processing. Coordinate change orders, change directives and contemplative change notices with consultants and vendors.</li> <li>Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects amongst teams and clients.</li> <li>Assist with contract administration. This includes attending tender openings and recording results, issuing letters of acceptance and regret, etc.</li> <li>Enter project information and data into project management technology tools.</li> <li>Process invoices and pay applications. Help with project administration deliverables.</li> <li>Assist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.</li> <li>Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.</li> <li>Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.</li> <li>Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.</li><li>Regular reporting weekly, bi-weekly, monthly to sr leadership</li><li>Set up document repositories and ensure stakeholders have access</li><li>Coordinate creation and changes of Outlook meeting rooms</li><li>Document and maintain Business Unit requirements, coordinate change requests</li> </ul> <br>
