<strong style="font-weight:700;">Job Title: Press Operator - 1st Shift</strong><strong>Job Description</strong><p>We are seeking a dedicated Press Operator for our 1st Shift, operating from 4 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime opportunities available daily and work on Saturdays. This position is open to Spanish-speaking individuals, and no prior experience is required.</p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Mold parts according to written specifications, remove parts, clean tools, load presses with materials, inspect molded parts, and place products in manufacturing tote boxes.</li><li>Operate presses efficiently and meet quality and quantity requirements. Mold at a rate consistent with or better than the standard production level.</li><li>Provide accurate production information.</li></ul><strong>Essential Skills</strong><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Eager and positive attitude.</li><li>Mechanical aptitude.</li></ul><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong><ul><li>No prior experience or resume is needed.</li><li>Spanish-speaking is acceptable.</li><li>Desire to enter the manufacturing industry and commit to long-term growth within the company.</li></ul><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>We offer a pay increase even before training is complete, with a $1/hr raise for employees whose primary shift is the 1st or 2nd shift. It is a lean six sigma and highly organized workplace, maintaining an efficient environment with air conditioning to ensure comfortable working conditions despite the hot machinery. This is an ITAR facility.</p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, CA.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
