We’re scaling fast — and we’re looking for elite phone-based appointment setters who thrive in high-output, high-expectation sales environments.

This is not a script-reading role.

This is for individuals who:

  • Understand influence, urgency, and objection handling
  • Want to be paid directly for performance
  • Aspire to become top-tier closers or sales leaders

The Role

You’ll be calling warm and cold leads who have already expressed interest in improving their health and performance.

Your sole mission:

Convert conversations into booked sales calls that SHOW UP.

You’ll work inside Close.io CRM, alongside a high-performing sales team, booking calls directly into the calendars of closers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads
  • Qualify prospects quickly and confidently
  • Handle objections and create urgency on the phone
  • Book high-quality calls that attend and convert
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM data inside Close.io
  • Proactively follow up with hard-to-reach leads using creative methods
  • Report daily on activity, outcomes, and insights from conversations
  • Attend daily / weekly sales & operations meetings

  • A strong desire to improve your income and skill set

Fitness, health, or high-ticket coaching experience is a strong advantage, but not mandatory if your sales skills are elite.

Compensation & Upside

  • Above-industry commission structure
  • Paid on cash collected, not vanity metrics
  • Commission on both calls set AND calls closed
  • Tiered performance bonuses for volume & quality
  • OTE: £25,000 – £50,000+ per year (uncapped for top performers)
