Part Time Receptionist/Administrator
Job Summary:
We are a busy, Leeds based, legal conveyancing firm looking for a part time Receptionist, to work on a job share basis, within the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills and be proficient in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Organise and schedule appointments and manage the boardroom diary
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Opening, logging and distributing incoming post and franking outgoing mail
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Strong clerical and data entry abilities
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience in administrative roles is advantageous
There are set hours for this role, which are Tuesday 9am - 1pm, Wednesday 9am - 5pm & Thursday 9am - 5pm (please do not apply if you are unable to work these hours).
Due to the role being a job share, there will be a requirement to cover holidays/sickness, on a full-time basis, for the other receptionist during periods of absence.
